So much more relaxing at home than it is at physical therapy. Personally I like this machine better because I can move around to get myself comfortable and don't have my forehead strapped down. I have more pain relief and it's already paid for itself using it only 4 times. Not to mention the time it saves driving to PT, being at the appointment and home in no less than 3 hours out of my day and this only takes 15 minutes. My husband started using it for his neck pain this week after hearing about how I'm feeling. Complete win!
I have used this a few times now. I feel like if I use it more it will keep helping. It took some of my pain away the first time. It was a little uncomfortable at first but once you position yourself correctly and use it a few times it feels much better. I think I'm really going to feel the benefits of this. I'm excited to see more results.
This is a great neck traction device, it helps a lot with my neck pain. I was having serious neck pain, went tot he chiropractor which didn’t help much so I decided to give this device a try! IT WORKS!! My neck pain is gone and whenever I feel my neck is getting sore again I just use it and bam no pain!! Definitely recommend getting one if you have any straightening in the neck curve and need traction done on the neck.
